Benji refers to two separate financing products: unsecured financing offered through Renovate America Financing and participating home improvement contractors, and secured loans made by Connexus Credit Union, a Wisconsin-chartered credit union. Renovate America Financing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renovate America. Renovate America and Renovate America Financing are not affiliates of Connexus Credit Union or any home improvement contractors.

It has no downpayment with 100% financing.
No lien against your property or equipment.
There are also two types of financing Benji offers:

No interest (Special Financing): This applies to projects between $4,000 – $30,000 with a 6 – 12-month payment term. It requires no downpayment and no interest. But it is still 100% financing!
Competitive interest rates (Fixed Financing): These are projects between $4,000 – $50,000 with 5 – 10-year terms. No downpayment required, 100% financing with competitive interest rates between 6.99 – 8.99%.
