Full Circle Construction Services can provide construction financing option through the preferred lending institution of  Founded in 1994 to fill a need in the lending market and to assist people looking to finance their construction projects. At that time there were relatively very few lenders doing construction financing and even fewer that worked with brokers. The market has evolved considerably since then. .  New lenders have entered the market place, most left and now again are reemerging to offer product lines to clients who wish to build.

We have worked diligently to position so it is once again ready to bring the best products lines to our customers. Our lending base extends from institutional lenders to hard money purveyors. It includes banks, credit unions, hard money lenders and everyone in between.

We have an extensive matrix of lenders throughout California and the United States whose product lines cover everything from lot and land loans through the take out/perm financing that our clients need.

In the residential market we can assist in securing:

– Addition – Completion Loans for projects already under construction

– Owner occupied as well as non owner occupied financing

– We can even offer owner builder loans.

In the commercial field we have lenders who can offer:

Our work portfolio consists entirely of construction related financing. If you look at our website, we do not solicit residential purchase loans or refinancing scenarios. Our work is strictly construction related.
